📝 What We Need to Book Your Display

To begin your booking, we’ll ask for:

The date of your event
Your venue details
A 10% deposit to confirm the booking

Once we have your venue information, our team will carry out a site‑specific risk assessment. This ensures the display can be fired safely and that the location meets the required safety distances. Every site is assessed individually, as suitability depends on space, surroundings and local conditions.

Once your booking and deposit are received:

Your display date is secured
Our team completes the risk assessment
We prepare your show design and firing plan
Final details are confirmed with you closer to the event

We handle everything from setup to firing and clear‑down, ensuring a safe, professional and stress‑free display from start to finish.
